Comedy Night To Support Local Foster Care Services

This is a night of Stand up Comedy for a fantastic cause!  Local comics set the stage for Anthony Davis! Anthony is the Jewel of the South, born in the woods of North Carolina, and raised by packs of PBR. A big personality tackling topics such as marriage, food, and understanding of the world, Anthony has traveled all around the world entertaining from churches to the troops. He recently won the 2019 San Diego Comedy Festival and was passed as a regular at the Laugh Factory HollywoodA Southern gentleman off-stage and a comedy powerhouse on, he connects with audiences with his big personality and smiles. Anthony always has the audience feeling like it's more than just a comedy show; it's an experience.   So who are we here to support? A local Foster and Adoptive Care Non Profit that provides services to kids who are in foster care, and families going through adoption and provides safe places for children who require supervised visitation.  As a comic I have been involved for fundraisers for everything from vets to pets but I have never even seen one for kids in our backyard that could use a hand.   Come out and support these kids and these families while having a great time.  $20 ticket gets you entry to the beautiful Covina Center for the Performing Arts.  An intimate theater where every seat is a great one.  There is a processing fee for the ticket, so you will also receive two raffle tickets for a chance to win one of the donated packages from local businesses.  You can purchase more tickets at the event which will increase your odds of winning.  Additionally we will be collecting new unused toys.  These toys are used to provide kids in foster care a gift for their birthdays.  I was shocked to find out that some kids in foster care services don't have anyone to celebrate their birthday if it weren't for organizations like this.   They also give toys to kids who are going through difficult domestic events where a stuffed animal is something they can hold on to.  Currently we are going to have a single show Saturday December 21st but our hope is to sell out the first show, add an earlier show on Saturday and if that sells out add a show on Friday.  Please help us make this a huge success and make this a successful annual event.
